Terms and Conditions *

As per my membership agreement I understand and agree to the following: 1 weeks’ notice must be given before a hold start date. I am able to place my membership on hold for a total of 4 weeks per membership year with a minimum 2 week hold period. Holds should be used in the circumstance of illness, injury or other emergencies, it is expected that members will continue to make payments during times of work travel and other short breaks away from The Gym. The months of December and January are excluded from the hold policy and no holds are allowed during these two months. Upon expiration of the ‘Hold Date’ advised above, my account will automatically become active and payments will resume. A hold fee of $10 per fortnight will be charged to my account.
